Montco Selects First Non-Judge to Be Master
The Montgomery Court of Common Pleas will soon have its first non-judicial settlement master. And the court expects to have the bar eventually take over responsibility for staffing the settlement master program in order to deploy senior judges to help with the court's burgeoning dockets.
